In this exciting and diverse role as Proposals Coordinator, you will manage the formal interface with clients through the electronic procurement portals, as well as organising and reporting on human and business resources in the Work Winning team. The role will provide support to bid and proposal managers to develop and present proposal submissions. The successful candidate will also provide general support to the Business Development and Work Winning teams, including the management of small proposal opportunities.

Responsibilities

This is a varied and interesting role, with involvement in key areas of the Rail business.

  • Managing all portal communications and proposals.
  • Managing the Work Winning pipeline through the CRM system and producing weekly reports.
  • Supporting and coordinating the CRM system data for the team.
  • Supporting the business team with internal and external audits of Gate Business Lifecycle.
  • Administering team meetings.
  • Collating all team meeting minutes and outputs and maintaining document control.
  • Maintaining a library of re-use material and case studies.
  • Assisting the Bid Manager with proposals development.

Required skills

  • Good working knowledge of BD and Work Winning processes and best practice.
  • Demonstrable administrative experience involving the preparation of business documents and coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Well-developed influencing skills.
  • Ability to write proposal content effectively.
