Collaborative development framework

After identifying the resource requirements, we faced the usual dichotomy to fill the roles. It’s a Must Win bid but the people who must win it are also delivering full time and need to maintain a good reputation in delivery. We overcame this to an extent by allocating authors and experts and ensuring that experts were used sparingly. Run from our London offices, the client’s team decamped here and we aligned our IT systems. We set up bid protocols, established a war room and ensured the structures were in place to develop the best possible bid.
