The IFT for this Network Rail contract required traditional and behavioural CVs, before selecting who they wanted to evaluate in a team environment.

Our Occupational Psychologist set to work on the behavioural CV’s. We did all of the prep work for the collaborative evaluation, then took the team away and simulated the HA test environment. We worked with individuals to identify and improve their behaviour.
