Collaborative development framework

Faced with clever, and challenging bid questions, we had our work cut out. With seven pages per response and the equivalent to evidence the claims, we workshopped each response with the expert and author, defined a methodology and developed processes to prove we understood the impact of the solution. After articulating and testing these on multiple audiences, we were confident we’d gone beyond what was expected. A lot of jobs were dependant on us winning and were able to deliver.
