Eastwick and Sweetwater
As part of the London Olympics legacy, this was a major housing development, creating up to 1,500 new homes and building new neighbourhoods. For the executive summary we placed a heavy emphasis on the people the houses were being built for. We used a magazine style format with an editor’s column, vox pops interviews with local people and key stakeholders and a variety of features and interviews. We made sure the voices of target residents were heard, from the small business owner and family to downsizers and friends who planned to buy a house together.
