At ITPD stage our client was required to participate in competitive dialogue throughout the second stage of the tender process. This involved attending multiple workshops to present their evolving solutions and design concept. Our team supported the client in strategically preparing for each of these. We made sure the correct team was in place, coaching each person and challenging the group dynamic through various collaborative assessments. We also produced the presentation material, shaped the production approach in everything through to how to project each salient point. Alongside our full support in bid management and production, we were able to secure this contract in early 2016.
