Major Regeneration Project

Unusually for us we became involved in the project once the bid had been submitted. Our client had undertaken formal engagement during the bid process and we used this as the starting point for our product development. We independently undertook detailed research on the full team and then checked our conclusions against the profiles our clients had built up during formal engagement. With this knowledge and armed with the bid strategy and supporting win themes, we developed an interactive PDF presentation. We spent two full days running through each section of the presentation whilst using video to enable effective analysis and critique.
