Navex Global. A corporate behemoth that provides complex insurance services and claims management to the financial sector. What they wanted was a ‘near-shore’ partner to help process large amounts of claims. What we offered was quite different. We ticked all of their boxes, but needed to convince Navex Global that they could achieve far better value in Asia, where our client was based, but never compromise on quality. They would experience US-level quality people and innovation at greatly reduced cost. Our campaign was ‘Expect the unexpected’. Navex Global aren’t experienced outsourcers or hot on innovation, so our offer showed them there was a different way. Shine crafted the entire submission and transformed their offer into one that epitomised quantifiable added value. Feedback received stated that our client’s submission was on a level far beyond any of the other, and helped convince their board to look at Asia as the preferred choice for outsourcing.
