The Scape Minor Works Framework was a must win bid. Our insight had identified that Scape was an ambitious client, looking to appoint a proactive partner to move the Scape offer on. We developed the Shared Ambition, One Vision strategy and supported the team to create new processes and systems to bring this to life.

Through our initial presentation preparation workshops we drew the key messages out of the team and developed a focused list, which was reflected throughout the presentation materials and used to support the team preparing for the final stages of the bid.
