Our work on this pitch was more diverse than most others we have undertaken for this particular client. Far from being a traditional bid, this was a series of meetings between our client and Spotify’s global head of customer service. Our role was to shape the strategy in many different ways. We developed the approach for all printed and presented collateral, but also to totally transform their brand new San Antonio site into a location that aligned with Spotify’s requirements. Shine helped redesign the office layout, oversaw furnishing, shaped the site management team and provided coaching to ensure everyone was singing from the same hymn sheet. This was true for process rigour, people management and recruitment. Spotify has a unique requirement for top-tier, music enthusiast candidates. We worked closely with our client to develop a bespoke recruitment strategy, developing the marketing approach and core messaging to show that they were the right partner.
